We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Order Processing Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Assist customers with questions, order updates, and issue resolution
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow
  • Help manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Compensation
